Book discussion & Guest Lecture on Sri Lanka in the Indo-Pacific

The Faculty of Defence & Strategic Studies (FDSS) organised a book discussion and guest lecture with Dr. Chulanee Attanayake, Research Fellow of the Institute South Asian Studies (ISAS), National University of Singapore, Singapore on Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) Auditorium. Dr. Attanayake addressed the gathering on ‘Sri Lanka in the Indo-Pacific’ and thereafter, discussed about her edited publication titled Maritime Sri Lanka: Historical and Contemporary Perspectives.
 
The discussion was moderated by Dr. Bhagya Senaratne, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Strategic Studies. Head, Department of Strategic Studies – Dr. Harinda Vidanage, Research Coordinator – Lieutenant Colonel Lasitha Amarasekara, academics, officers and undergraduates following the BSc in Strategic Studies & International Relations (BSI) of the Faculty of Defence & Strategic Studies attended the event.
