Flying Officer Thilina Panduwawala is a Sri Lanka Air Force Regimental Officer. He is an alumnus of Bandaranayake College, Gampaha, where he completed his secondary education. During his time there, he excelled in both academic and extracurricular activities, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. He commenced his officer cadetship in the Sri Lanka Air Force on 16 January 2018, at Sri Lanka Air Force Combat Training School, Diyatalawa in intake 62. After completion of the basic military training at there, he has completed the Advanced admin course at Sri Lanka Air Force Acadamy China-bay,Trincomalee and the Branch Training Course at SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa, he was commissioned to the rank of Pilot Officer on 29th January 2022.

- Flight Commander at SLAF Base Katunayake.
- Officer In charge/ Officer Commanding Operations at Air Dogs Unit SLAF Base Katunayake
- Adjutant 24 Regiment Wing at SLAF Academy China bay
