Mr. AL Leth, a proven leader and consultant in organisational design strategy and human performance optimisation, shared his valuable and expert insights on how AI lacks emotional intelligence, creativity, and ethical judgement- critical traits for effective leadership, though AI enhances decision-making, automate tasks, and streamline operations. The discussion also covered architecture types for generative AI models, followed with risks and challenges of AI- data security threats, misinformation, and biases in AI models. To mitigate these challenges, leaders must implement ethical AI practices, ensure human oversight, and continuously update policies to align with technological advancement.

The event was an eye-opener for attendees, reinforcing the importance of responsible use and understanding the extent of limitations of AI adoption in leadership.
