Dean FDSS Addressed Troops of Intake 36 & 37 KDU
Dean FDSS Colonel Udesha Rathnayaka RWP, RSP, psc addressed the troops of Intake 36 and 37 Officer cadets who are undergoing 5th-year and 6th-year training at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University on 28th April 2024, at FDSS main Auditorium. During his address, he highlighted the importance of becoming an officer and a gentleman while striving for military excellence and academic excellence. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of leadership, core principles, values of military culture, and the vision, mission, and objectives of KDU. Moreover, he instructed Officer Cadets to be self-disciplined at all times. The address was followed by a formal discussion session with both squadron commanders of Intake 36 and Intake 37, Major NPM Lakshan psc, and LCdr(N) DRD Ranabahu.
