    Fg Off WPS Fernando is from the Sri Lanka Air Force Regiment Branch. He acquired his studies from Prince Of Wales’ College – Moratuwa,  and he Joined Sri Lanka Air Force as an Officer Cadet of Intake 65. After completion of the basic military training at Sri Lanka Air Force, he was commissioned to the rank of Pilot Officer on 2023 March 3rd.

    During his tour of duty, he has hold following important appointments:

    • AAdo 21 Regiment Wing                  – SLAF Base Anuradhapura
    • AAdo 40 Regiment Wing – SLAF Trade Training School Ekala

    Instructor Appointments

    • Troop Commander – Kotelawala Defence University
