    Major Mesitha Pannalge  is member of the Gajaba Regiment. He is a proud product of St. Joseph Vaz College, Wennappuwa.  He joined the Sri Lanka Army as an Officer Cadet on 23 September 2010 to the Intake 28 of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. Upon completion of basic military training from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and Sri Lanka Military Academy he was Commissioned on 23 September 2012 and posted to the Gajaba Regiment, one of the Infantry Outfits of Sri Lanka Army.

    During his tour of duty, he has held many important Command, Staff and Instructional appointments in the Sri Lanka Army.:
